  the item came very quickly how ever when i was handed the parcel i got worried so i opened the parcel tool it out of the flimsy cover it was in. the protective film that was on it looked like someone just throwed it on the screen both sides there was no bubble wrap at all for protection and at the bottom on the left hand side of the screen was a 3 inch crack and a smaller one on the bottom of it :( i did take pics and told the seller good communication with the seller and settled on a refund

  I very rarely give a negative feedback, but I think it is deserved in this case !! The item arrived faulty, when contacted,the seller firstly accused me of not using it correctly,( I am a lifelong radio ham, I know how to use this!!!!) They then offered me a discount, to try to get me to accept a broken item! I eventually had to take out a case with Ebay to get a refund. Looking closely, they appear to be selling under several names, but at the same address. Caveat Emptor !!!!
