    As usual, the response from Dan’s Clock Shop was rapid and I received the clock movement I’d ordered within three days. It was well packed, undamaged and as advertised. I would definitely recommend this firm for efficient, good value service.

    Product is described well allowing easy choice. It was delivered incredibly quickly (ordered on Saturday, normal mail, delivered next day - on Sunday, by the Post Office - unbelievable). The items were extremely well packaged to avoid transit damage. I've used this seller previously and will do so again when my next clock fails! Excellent seller.

    Looks good quality. Good condition. Extremely good value. Appearance great!! That’s the tick boxes 😂. Super staff, great comms.. very polite. Bought 3.30pm arrived 9 am the next day… brilliant service. If they don’t have what you need, get in touch and they may be able to help. Can’t fault them. Def buy from them again !!!! 👍👍👍

    Delivery was swift and well packed, but unfortunately I chose the wrong size of shaft (too short). There were clear instructions in how to set the mechanism up too - having never attempted to do this before. The seller was quick to respond and very helpful in allowing an exchange. I'm really pleased that my old clock now works beautifully again. I would definitely recommend this seller with their wide range of clock hands, sizes and shaft lengths to choose from.

    Absolutely incredible service! Ordered Saturday morning and delivered Monday morning by Royal mail/ Royal Mail did email me on Sunday to say it was out for delivery that day which surprised me, later another saying it would arrive Monday which it did. And in all fairness there was a storm here on Sunday!. Arrived very well packaged, now installed in my clock and all is well

    This company has been fantastic, I brought the replacement workings the other day, realised it was the wrong size centre, messaged them and they sorted it, and with the fast service it arrived in 2 days, and then the hands I had didn't fit so I messaged them again and they told me what part number I need, ordered the hands and they were here the next day, fantastic service
