  While the plant didn t arrive with the roots as advertised for several reasons, they seller did attempt to make the situation right & for that I am pleased. The seller seems to have several accounts on here and I did have an issue with at least one item on each order, but as they did with this order, they took the time to try to make things right. I m hopeful that they will take my private feedback onboard so they can create a great experience for everyone. I will buy from them again! Thanks!

  Plant arrived damaged, sent photos to seller, advised to wait 2 weeks, plant didn’t recover, refund issued without fuss. Bought from this seller before, last plant was great! Will use seller again despite issue (resolved) this time

  Recibí Pseudolithops en México en un lapso de 3 semanas, hubiera recibido antes pero la paquetería tuvo almacenado mi paquete por 5 días. En la foto se ve grande sin embargo llegó del tamaño que específica el encabezado, pero por el viaje un poco deshidratado. Sugiero coloque un instrumento de medición junto al cactus para que el cliente observe y dimensione el tamaño real relacionandolo con la foto mostrada en la publicación.

  Great little guy. It’s in great condition. However it was smaller than I expected but just like the pictures. These guys were great at answering my emails and their prices were great very honest and trustworthy I appreciate them.

  This is my second time ordering from Dann1225 ... I guess what is most important to me when I buy online is that whomever I buy from makes an effort to communincate ... I give high marks to Dann1225 for great communication !! Secondly if there is a problem I look for the seller to take care of the problem and again Dann1225 gets top marks in this regard. Top marks also go to delivery as both of my orders from Dann1225 arrived much quicker than plants I have ordered from other sellers...
