    Packed well however the Dolly arrived with a broken shattered arm. I contacted the seller as it did say in the description that there was some repaint on that arm so I thought it could have been an old unrecognized repair. I wanted to keep the head and they applied a portion of the invoice as a refund. They responded swiftly. Thank you for your quick response.

    The antique doll was beautiful, just as described. She was expertly wrapped and packaged - eyes well protected and head gently packed. Hands and feet received extra protection. Response to my question was prompt and clear. Shipping was a fair price and was shipped quickly. Highly recommend this seller!
