Packed well, held in plastic containers in a rigid cardboard box with holes. Had been watered before they were sent. Look healthy plants, not root bound. They are small - sold as 9cm which is fair. And quite expensive, but that also is fair because as far as I know there are only 2 suppliers of this heather just now. I have hesitated to buy plants online but I would buy plants from this supplier again

But I was with this company first time I have used them decent sized plants and fast delivery and cheap compared to other places . Just postage is a bit annoying if you only want to order one thing . But these days most places charge postage . But excellent value herbs .
