  There was a delay on sending the item due to a health issue. Due to this delay the seller upgraded the delivery to next day. Great communication throughout and willingness to help so I could get the item by the day i needed it. Item is as advertised. Happy to recommend this seller.

  Item description slightly flawed as one character missing however as I messaged seller the mistake they accepted an offer which I thought was fair. Delivery slow but I wasn’t in a hurry so no problem. Item was in great condition and packed well using recycled packaging 👍

  Felix arrived safe and sound, cant believe he’s in such a brand new condition considering his age, he’s super soft, friendly and lovable! The seller was super kind and informative, got Felix out to me quick since I needed him by a certain day due to not being here for a while after said date. The communication was fantastic, packaged nicely (a lot of plush sellers compress the plush as much as possible which leaves underlying creases for a while, so glad that this seller didn’t do that!) thanks!
