  The QOU230 breaker arrived with a piece broken off that attaches it to the DIN rail. The broken piece was not inside the bubble wrap packaging material, which means it was packaged up broken. I ask seller to discount the price I paid, because I would have to make my customer aware and discount the price to them. I received no response back from the seller. It's easy to miss something, but you need to make it right with the customer. I would not recommend this seller.

  The buyer contacted us saying piece was broken off but it wasn’t in package we responded telling that it was shipped in tack and if it wasn’t we have 30 day return but he didn’t open a return so I’m thinking it was in tack if not why not open a return we are always here to help and we did respond to him Daisy Electrical

  This can was great shape I don't know how to describe my feeling towards it cuz I love black labels it was shipped on time and was packed very very well which I was happy that the seller packed it so well it was just as described in the pictures the seller sent me on eBay and the value was just absolutely perfect as far as buying it I thought the buyer did a great job
