    The box arrived well packed and quicker than expected. Initially, the keyboard had some difficulty with repeating characters, but after I used it for a few days it settled down. The seller was prompt when I had questions and was willing to refund my money, but happily, that's no longer necessary. I appreciated the seller's honesty and willingness to work with me.     The quality of this item was excellent due to the carafe is a Bunn and an excellent product. The packaging on this item was sufficient enough to protect this item during transit. The item was listed as open box but in great condition and was received as described. The value of this item was well worth the money paid due to the rarity of these carafes. The appearance of this carafe was a great design. I would purchase from this seller again. A++ transaction and I highly recommend this seller.
