Seller helped straighten out a postal service issue once I notified them that package was still "pending acceptance" a week after it first shipped. Once they got that issue at postal office fixed, I had the fan within 2 days, so that was very good. Fan itself is in new condition. Price seems pretty reasonable for a waterproof freeze proof fan.
