I was issued address for return but to return the item was expensive! I was refunded by the seller and was also told to keep the item. I really appreciate how they communicate with customer as well as there consideration.

Good price too, I would recommend buying from this diffuser from this particular seller.

Seller is great, communicated the entire time providing updates and support whenever I had a concern. There was an issue with shipping at no fault of the seller but he worked with me very well.
