  Absolute horrible seller. I purchased an item from this seller. A week went by with no dispatch email or tracker being provided. When I contacted the seller about when the item will be dispatched, I got 0 response. A few days later, I sent another message demanding a refund (see screenshots below). This seller is so bad, that this is the first time In all my years shopping from eBay I've had to escalate this matter to them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!

  Delighted customer , ordered this a couple of days ago as a Xmas gift, said on the description it wont arrive till 27th Dec, lo & behold it arrived today 23rd Dec in perfect time for Xmas day so im one happy customer.   I ordered and paid for the silver with gold clip but seller sent me the silver with silver clip, plus delivery was delayed as well. Positively seller did respond when I asked about the item, it came brand new, just not the right colour. I will still keep it as it is of good quality for the price value.
