  This started as a negative experience. The radio was not as described.....it was clearly remanufactured, with a "tested" label on it. It lacked manufacturer packaging (styrofoam). I was truly upset, and contacted them via ebay messenger. They admitted that it should have been listed not as "brand new," but as "open box," and not only gave me a full refund, but told me to keep the item in case it worked properly! That level of prompt service more than makes up for the mistake...THANKS!

  We received the item with missing parts and the box looked like it was tossed around a wet football field for a couple days . Requested a return and refund, sent pictures and received a full refund with no other questions asked. I appreciate the sellers fast response with the refund. Seller is great to work with. Would purchase from him again.

  Item arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. I only buy Original Brother Cartridges for my machine and these are a great value for the price that I paid. Quality and appearance are exactly as described on the website. Would highly recommend this seller!

  OEM labels, so they’re good quality. Condition of product as delivered was good but packaging did not fare well in the carrier’s hands. Bcarton was decimated but product was unscathed, thankfully. Good value.
