  Plant pieces came as expected and were soaked as advised. After a while 1 of the plants became dark. Contacted company and they requested a photo. After looking at the photo, they said 1 of plants had Blythe. They immediately replaced the order and gave additional information to me. Very satisfied with the outcome and the whole process.

  Arrived today pretty well packaged and in fair condition considering they came USPS. There were 7 included rather than the agreed upon 5. I have to say I am pleased with this purchase and I can recommend this vendor for the quality and price of the product. Will do business with them again.

  When my horseradish arrived (after 2+ weeks thanks to the inadequacies of the USPS), they were still viable—covered in leggy sprouts & ready to plant. I contacted the seller about the delay. It was determined the order was lost in the mail, but the seller took immediate action to replace them if needed. Fortunately, they arrived the next day. These are a GREAT value--1/2 the price of others, excellent customer service, planting instructions included.
