    The item was marked as brand new with tags, but it unfortunately had some brownish stains on it that were not disclosed in the ad. The seller was very understanding and cooperative and paid for return shipping and a refund of all my original costs including original shipping. So, I am disappointed that the item did not work out for me, but happy with the full refund.

    Item was as described, even better in person. The earrings perfectly match a necklace I have. The value I feel was great. Packaging was just fine, arriving in great shape. Finally, fast shipping. A great transaction, would use this seller again.

    The listing pictures were fairly dark and blurry so I confirmed with the seller there were no flaws. They assured me the item would be packed and shipped by a professional. Upon arrival, I was quite concerned since it was packed very loose inside the secondary box. I ended up finding two hairline cracks on the base of the lamp and a chip. I can’t say whether it occurred in shipping or not. Just disappointed. Seller offered an 18% discount but I was expecting a flawless item so I returned it.
