  The item is as described and pre-owned, but came to me looking brand new! This Reign backpack was a part of a promotion that wasn't available to everyone, so it was pretty difficult trying to find this; it was even more difficult trying to find it at an affordable and reasonable price (there's a $200 listing for this item on eBay)! The seller shipped the item promptly and packaged it very securely. I'll definitely be ordering from here again if I see something I'm interested in.

  This seller was a sheer joy to work with. I can be tough as I like the items that I buy to be in as good condition as possible. She worked with me and sent numerous pictures of different things I had questions about. The item arrived quickly and frankly was packed so well that I had trouble opening it (I’ll take that problem all day long!).
