  I bought this nearly 3 weeks ago.. I've messaged the seller multiple times asking if they could expedite shipment, if its already been shipped general updates. Completely ignored. I bought well before Xmas I get it busy time but ignoring a customer completely rude and unacceptable. Spent thousands with this company over the years and honestly makes me feel my custom means nothing..

  I’ve been waiting 16 plus days on a bike hitch from Cyclemax that I paid for on Dec.24 after I was made an offer from seller. I emailed them asking why the part hadn’t arrived but no response. eBay is involved now. Thankfully EBay has a Money Back Guarantee on this purchase to protect the buyer from fraudulent sellers. It’s a Red Flag 🚩 when a seller doesn’t respond to a Paid Buyers Email. Do Better Cyclemax.
