The seller packaged it very carefully, packing it inside a small box, while also putting it in a bubble mailer inside the box for further protection. They even put a FRAGILE: HANDLE WITH CARE sticker on the box. The item overall was as pictured. Somehow, I never saw that it was listed as brand new. It had a couple scratches on the front, but nothing that wasn't pictured. Overall, a great experience!

This, by the way, is never an issue with new blue ray discs—they will not get scratched just from moving a bit in the case. What may look like a scratch can usually be wiped off with a microfiber cloth. Shipping was very prompt. The packaging was just a tight bubble mailer with no additional protection. I would prefer the game be sandwiched between two cardboard pieces… a solid seller overall, recommended!
