I contacted the seller who said they would replace the items but they haven’t and they are not answering my messages!! Very disappointed and have now lost £17 as can no longer get a refund. Would not buy from this seller again. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now I’m without the fly masks and without my money back!

All photos on the listing were for the size I required EU42 UK28 so I assumed this is what I would receive. UK30 was sent which was in the listing title, but it also states EU42(UK28)Seller offered to exchange but wasn’t prepared to cover delivery charge when they didn’t send the item shown in multiple photos. Was refunded promptly without issue but I would have preferred an exchange
