  The seller did a fabulous job of packing the Katniss Everdeen doll! She was sealed in a bag with a protective cardboard insert. This was sealed in a protective bubble mailer, which was protected by a cardboard construct, inside a plastic bag. The doll arrived in sublime condition, and she is exactly as described. She is very lovely, and I'm impressed with the design! The doll and her clothes are very cool. Both the price and shipping were fantastic. Thank you so much for such a superb job!

  Phenomenal seller! I’d highly recommend purchasing from them. They went above and beyond with their communication to ensure I was able to use the Hatch alarm. The value was great and the repackaging was excellent! I wish more sellers were this professional and a pleasure to communicate with.

  This guy is AWESOME :)!   I ordered a mini bust of Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes. It arrived in perfect condition because of the packing that was done. It looked just like its picture on Ebay. The price was very reasonable as was the charge for mailing. This is an excellent seller.

  Really outstanding seller! I ordered an older but NIB steam cleaner to replace the same model that I already owned. The item was exactly as described, with fast shipping, but was unfortunately damaged in shipment. I negotiated a partial refund to keep the item, and they filed a claim with the shipper for the damage. After the claim was settled, the seller refunded part of my purchase price and all of the shipping cost. This seller stands behind their transactions.
