And don't expect the saler to help you with the item if it's stuck not getting delivered and asking you to contact ebay" he has nothing to do with it after posting . So I ended up chasing down the item asking why it's just sitting in one place for 3 days 20min away from my home" when the saler should have . And was delivered next day when the saler is ment to do the chasing up. We delivered your item to the eBay shipping center within 3 days, and from there we have no control over the delivery as it becomes eBay's responsibility then. We have no info as to what service eBay uses for the next step, and thus do not even know who to contact about delivery. You ordered during the busy Christmas holiday season, and the package was delivered to Australia with 3 weeks which is quite reasonable.

The box had a crease in it and was labeled do not bend, however considering shipping packaging in came in I was not surprised it was bent. Should consider better packaging I am sure I am not the only person that received a damaged product. I also did not realize there is not an opening for the front tow hook. Obviously that is on me. I am fairly happy with the product.
