    Item was received in a timely manner. Item was not in the exact condition described but seller was receptive to altering the price to match the condition of the item.     I have already contacted the seller. The sellers website said the item was in stock and a shipping label was created to ship the shirts. The next day I received a message from the seller stating that the shirt was out of stock. Apparantly I have to wait until July 31 and say the shirt has not arrived to get my refund. As soon as I was told the shirt was not in stock and I did not want another color, I should have been refunded my money. Ebay needs to review their refund policy, it takes too long
