  Been wanting to get the Leatherman arc for awhile. Just couldn't justify the high cost. This one came available at a very good price. The condition is great. The shipping packing was excellent. The seller did a great job of advertising the item and shipping it to me. Great experience.

  This seller is amazing to work with. Had a small hiccup with the post office sending me the wrong item but with the work the seller did to get things corrected and get the item to me was short of amazing. Kept me up to date on the progress he was making on getting it corrected. The item itself is in amazing condition. Way better quality than I expected and for the price I paid for it was an amazing value. I am actually writing this review with the item I purchased. A+++++++++++++++

  The buyer truly deserves the praise in this scenario. After a mixup at the post office and long delays in intercepting the package and returning it to me, then shipping to the buyer, they stayed extremely patient and understanding. We communicated regularly, I offered some money back, but they declined the offer! I am happy to hear the items they purchased are better than they expected and they are pleased. I hope they work a long time after all this hassle! Thank you again!
