  Item was as described in the listing, although the delivery was sent out untracked despite stating Royal Mail tracked in the delivery description. My item was a steelbook, but was packaged in a cardboard envelope without any bubble wrap or padding of any kind to protect it during transit. Fortunately the steelbook arrived undamaged.
