Was sent wrong model , when i told them about it, they tell me to send it back and that they will send me the correct one, which i did and i received my mac laptop 💻 , it look new !     Seller was extremely helpful. There was a minor hiccup with the laptop I received but the seller was excellent in resolving the issue prompt and timely. The condition of the laptop was as described in the listing. Seller shipped quickly and I received it much sooner than I anticipated. The value of the refurbished device was excellent and the appearance is in line with an ebay Refurbished device with "very good" quality.

    Sent wrong computer. Contacted seller and after 2 days of back and forth messages, they agreed to send proper replacement. Received correct computer 22 days after initial order. Padding in box was adequate, but box was not taped well so it was busted open. Seller did upgrade accessories to a wireless keyboard and mouse so that was a nice gesture. iMac is in pretty good condition with a couple scratches. Overall, decent outcome to a drawn out transaction.

    Seller shipped next day and the laptop arrived thoughtfully packaged, directly to my door, with signature service. The laptop itself is in pristine condition with no visible scratches or dings, works well, and was a great value for the price. I highly recommend this seller, and I will consider them in the future for my refurbished Apple laptop needs. Thank you!

    I sorry it took me so long to post feedback. I had difficulty rounding up a monitor to connect with computer. And then I had to buy an adapter for it work. The computer arrived in a timely fashion and free of any damage (great packing) I though I only got to start a couple of days ago it seems to be in great shape. I would be interested in making more purchases in the future. Great equipment, good value, timely delivery and good customer service. What more could you ask.
