  I had asked a question about sizing prior to purchase that went unanswered. But I still ordered on Dec 31. On Jan 7 I messaged inquiring about shipping as I’d gotten no tracking. There was no response to my question on ship date but I received a refund of all but $1.08 & then got a USPS tracking for delivery on Jan 14. Which confused me. An item arrived on the 14th that is not at all what I ordered. I didn’t request refund/replacement item. The item I selected was a very specific want
