Only found out after paying that it was a returned item. I tired convincing them that I didn’t pay for a second hand item, and was responded with them trying to convince me that it’s in a perfect condition, On top of that, it was missing a crucial part (flange) so I couldn’t even install it. Terrible experience overall, felt misled and scammed. The item was never used or installed and is in brand-new condition, as shown in the pictures you sent. The "burn" marks inside and the weld colors are normal from the manufacturing process. Your order was placed on April 16 and delivered to your freight forwarder on June 2, 46 days, as previously informed to you.
