  Seller accidentally dropped lid and broke off part of the top. She gave me the option to refund or accept jar with broken lid and just pay shipping. It arrived carefully packaged and she kept me informed of the delay with the shipping. The delay was with the post office and not on her end. She’s great to work with and I would highly recommend seller!! Thanks so much!!

  I absolutely love my Baltimore Oriole bird. It is a wonderful addition to my hallmark bird collection. It arrived in excellent condition and very well packed. The post office did a mis-ship and it was held up for several days. The seller was in direct communication with me throughout the hold up. I would definitely purchase again with this seller. I am very happy with my purchase and it was a great value for such a lovely ornament.
