    I love Crystal Source USA, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I messaged the seller if they would be willing to ship it to me later, I was on vacation. They set one aside for me to purchase when I got back. They sold out of this bear quickly but 4 weeks later I was ready and they quickly listed the one they saved for me, I purchased it and received it a few days later. Awesome seller, shipping and packaging were perfect, great communication, great price and the bear is pristine!

    100% satisfied with buying experience. Seller processed order and shipped item very quickly. Item packed perfectly for shipment & exactly as described by seller in Ad. Package got incorrectly routed during shipment and seller kept in contact with me and tracked package down/made sure it was routed to me.     So happy with my sparkling new holiday Kris Bear. The price was very reasonable and shipping was lightening fast. It was in original packaging.
