  No protection whatsoever in large envelope that was paper thin plastic with no padding and a pattern half the size inside. Arrived completely dogeared on all corners and ruffled in middle When I told seller, she asked for pictures and then said "that's unfortunate" and "that's helpful" for the pictures.What would been HELPFUL is if she would of cared enough to place a piece of cardboard in it at least. Damaged items are useless. In 7 years I've never seen such poor packaging..my money wasted.

  Terrible packaging of the perforated paper embroidery kit — it was just put into a large bag without any protection. As a result, the paper got completely crumpled and became unusable for embroidery. The seller refunded half the cost, but the issue remains unresolved, since the paper is ruined and this particular type is no longer available for purchase. I am very disappointed with the seller and the communication.
