The book was accompanied by a kind note from the seller. The book was placed in a mylar sleeve, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy, well-padded box! Fort Knox in a Box!   These folks promptly shipped the book (seriously, I got it in less than a week) for a reasonable price, packaged it exceedingly well, and even put in a handwritten, personalized thank-you note.
