    Item arrived in box, as pictured. Was straightforward to setup, most difficult thing was dealing with XFINITY to provision. Recommend to purchasers using on xfinity to do a factory reset after xfinity provisions/authorizes. Anyways, item performs VERY WELL, arrival delay SOLE responsibility of the shipping company. Would buy this again from this seller!

    as of 0730 hrs 8/14, CARRIER indicates item will be delivered today......IF it arrives, we shall see what condition it arrives in and perhaps follow up with more positive feedback. While I realize this is not a seller issue, perhaps a shipping option other than (THE BROWN TRUCKS) should be a consideration.
