    The true character of an excellent seller isn't only when the transaction goes smoothly and everything goes off without a hitch. Through no fault of her own, this seller packed my figurine with the utmost care and mailed it. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and sent her pictures. She responded quickly, apologized for the mishap and took care of the situation within minutes. I only hope I'm able to purchase something else from this seller in the future. She's the BEST!
