    Sadly totally let down by Royal Mail , delivery was atrocious. However item as described, despatch, packing and communication 10/10, Pity about delivery, meant me letting a customer down then having to purchase cable elsewhere to complete the job.

    Great service from Alex. The TNT Sat box arrived as described. I had some difficulty setting it up, so I rang Alex who very kindly hooked up his own box on the store and talked me through installing it. As it turned out I had put the card in incorrectly. Alex has the patience of a saint and is a real gent to work with. 10/10! 100%! 😀
