    The power adapter that was delivered had no blemishes. Even though it is listed as used, the power adapter looked as if it was brand new out of the box. The adapter works perfectly with the device that it was intended to power, and the cost was comparable to items that were not being sold/advertised as complete.     Purchased a lot of six genuine Toshiba power adapters — five worked perfectly, and one had a minor issue with the AC cord. I reached out to the seller, and they were quick to respond and immediately offered to send a replacement cord. It arrived promptly and resolved the issue.
