    My experience with the purchase with the seller was mostly positive. Seller responded quicker than anticipated but I did not get the item as described. The seller did reach out to me explaining with the details that the product purchase was not available but was offered to send out a non OEM product for $10 cheaper.

    This seller went out of his way to make sure I had the right version of the LCD screen assembly I needed. When I realized I had to wrong one he was able to get me the correct one at a decent price and refunded me for the correct one. Working with this seller who was responsive, attentive, and helpful in troubleshooting the issue, I will be sure to use him again and again! Thank you for everything!

    Had a broken phone for someone and was given the wrong model. I ordered the wrong part, but the piece came at a good time and in safe condition. Crazy Mike has been communicating very well on top of helping me realize I needed to get a bit more info on the phone. When I got that he's offered to help me get the correct part.
