I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20. I messaged the seller and sent pics, without hassle the correct item is being packed and shipped. Very great customer service would definitely deal with them again.

Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.

The frame itself was perfect and looks beautiful. I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly and will be sending me a new one asap. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on buying a few more from them in the near future. I'm giving them a dive star rating because although the item was damaged, they resolved the matter swiftly and I didn't have to do a return.
