I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20. I messaged the seller and sent pics, without hassle the correct item is being packed and shipped. Very great customer service would definitely deal with them again.

Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.

While there may be very slight variations in color, it is not detectable by anyone other than the framer. Like the others, this frame was built well, and it highlights the picture without overwhelming it. It was nicely packaged, and arrived in good shape. The seller’s reply was prompt and accurate when I sent an inquiry before ordering. Great service!
