When I ordered this item, I had asked the seller to please expedite the shipping as I had a project deadline of 5 Aug. I received an e mail informing me that the item i purchased was shipped on 3 Aug 2025. Still the e mail said to expect the item by 8 Aug 2025. Today is 17 Aug and I have not yet received my order!! My recommendation.... do not order from this seller!!!

First class mail isn't tracked affording the seller some cover since it is difficult to determine the ACTUAL shipping date. Still this stencil purchased on Jun 18 arrived damaged on July 14. Seller did issue a voluntary, preemptive refund but that doesn't turn back the clock. When the stencil did FINALLY arrive it was damaged due to inadequate packaging. It is made of a stiff plastic that won't lay flat even on a flat surface!

Now weeks later ebay gets my money refunded. Still zero response from seller. I should've read the feedback before ordering. Buyer beware.
