The Stones arrived quickly but as I had ordered a large number of stones they were packed in a box with too much space and no additional padding, so some stones were scratched and chipped. Craftmoor's customer service were excellent and replaced the damaged stones. So I am very happy with the value, appearance and quality of my purchase.
