  Item not as stated or wrong item sent ordered 1/4" socket nuts got 1/8" socket nuts After a bit an exchange of 3 messages eventually got a full refund They did initially try the 30% refund, then 50% saying it would cost me to return, despite pointing out it is them who pays returns for 'item not as described' Eventually sorted.

  Thanks. Seller went the extra mile when the original item arrived damaged. They responded to the message I sent with pictures of the damage by sending replacements immediately. Could not ask for a better service - at least buyers can be confident that any problems will be reviewed and dealt with quickly, if my experience is anything to go by. Thanks.
