For no apparent reason, despatch took eighteen days before posting with Royal Mail on a Sunday! Nothing wrong with the item at all, but I think I will revert to buying direct from Japan in future as the service is typically better.

The communication with the seller was excellent as they responded to my messages promptly. After sending a video of the issue they gave me a full refund including the postage costs. This is customer service at its best.
