  The foot pegs I ordered didn't fit my Ducati despite the quality of the product. The communication with the seller was excellent as they responded to my messages promptly. After sending a video of the issue they gave me a full refund including the postage costs. This is customer service at its best.

  Item arrived promptly after despatch advised. New item exactly as specified by seller, well packed and in excellent condition. The seller was quite slow to despatch (1 week after order confirmed with no communication in between) but I had read other reviews that said this happened before so no real concern here. My first time buying from this seller but would do so again. Good service.
