  A good person to deal with. There were delays in the package arriving but it was not his fault. The package was delayed because of USPS. He kept in contact with me during the delay. It felt good that there was a seller still caring after they were paid and dropped off the package. A good person to buy from.

  The bag I paid for on March 5th and today being March 19th nothing has arrived. She’s also not communicating and ignoring the fact that she lost the parcel or chose the cheapest shipping options. I wouldn’t recommend this seller. She had the chance to make it right, be honest and do the right thing but ignored the fact that I’ve been waiting more than 2 weeks. Item is clearly lost but seller won’t take responsibility. Such an upsetting experience!!

  USPS shipping slowdowns are frustrating for both the buyer and the seller. I shipped the bag the same day you purchased with the shipping carrier and service you selected at purchase. The item was never lost but showed through tracking that it was moving slowly and seemed to stall at a distribution center for longer than expected. USPS has a banner across their website alerting to shipping delays because of severe weather. I communicated with you that USPS said to wait longer for delivery.
