  Seller was very kind!!! Messages me when item was shipped, said it was packed very carefully as item was fragile. Said if there were any issues to let them know and they would fix. Item arrived perfectly packet and was exactly as described. Would buy from this seller many times! Didn’t need to go out of their way to send a message, but the gesture and customer service was greatly appreciated!

  Beth was very kind; I had recently lost my American Paint Horse, Bailey, and this statue looks very much like him. She packed the box with care, and he arrived in the best condition. I had been in contact with her, she was very kind to respond to my inquiry. I would not hesitate to order from her again. The item was as described, even more beautiful. The value is great as this represents a priceless horse to me. Thank you Beth!

  Shipping,packaging and as described was really good and on point while the value was super worth it despite the talking Snow White doesn’t talk anymore but I am gonna try again and see if it works again since I am not giving up but still recommended this very much and giving this an A+++++ as it is super duper beautiful and really amazing that it makes me happy to see its former beauty so I’m happy for that and thank you to the seller, for being so kind and communicate very good and amazingly.

  Sale was smooth. The seller was a great communicator, sending a message just after purchase to assure me that they will take care of my new items. The seller did, they shipped the books tightly packaged, bagged and boarded. The books were as advertised, looking just as they did in their listing. Shipping time from listing closed to shipping was excellent, the seller was quick to get it out.
