  This seller is a scam! I paid 8$ for usps priority mail flat rate envelope, but the item was shipped with usps ground advantage! This took much longer than what I paid for, and the seller never contacted me asking if this would be okay. Other than the shipping issue, the item arrived exactly as described and no dither issues persisted.

  I ordered 3 packs of 4 rechargeable AAA batteries. Of the 12 batteries I received 4 were bad straight from the package. Would not take a charge or hold any electricity.
