  When the item arrived, I looked it over and discovered it had been broken and repaired. This fact wasn’t mentioned in the listing. When I contacted the seller, the seller was very apologetic and willing to make it right, by allowing me to return the item. This seller was very honest and easy to work with, and I’d definitely buy from this seller again! So, one star for the item but five stars for the seller for the great customer service!!

  Really good experience. Was looking for errings to match a dress. The photo of the errings I bought was very accurate as to the color -- sometimes not true for other sellers. The seller packaged the errings so they got to me in good condition. Will look for other items that she sells. Enjoyed doing business with her.
