    This Frozone costume is for my 17 year old son. The look, feel and fit is superb. I checked many online stores and this seller had the best price even with the high shipping cost. The costume is new and in the original packaging. Kudos to the seller for keeping me informed on the delivery date as this is for Halloween. The costume arrived today one day earlier than stated. I will definitely be ordering from this seller again.

    My item was delivered to the wrong address and caused by the UPS carrier. Delivered to an entirely different city 35 min away from my home. It’s unfortunate but the seller refunded my money immediately upon request and seeing UPS botched the package delivery. Good job by seller.
