  Appreciated prompt postage of item purchased, unfortunately, incorrect Bath Robe style was sent. Had excellent contact with Seller who arranged a full refund as I advised the seller and returned the Bath Robe within a day.   I cannot give a review on this item that I ordered on the 19th September. I was notified that the order had been despatched on the 22nd September. The seller notified me that the order had not been despatched as they no longer had the colour that I ordered. I have on three seperate occasions requested a refund. I have not received any replies to these requests. I will not be using this website in the future.
