  We ordered two phones just alike. The phones were in excellent shape and looked new. There was no issue with shipping, they were sent right away and received in the expected time. One of the phones did have an issue when calling out. Communicated with the seller and once we shipped the other back they sent another phone in excellent working condition. Very happy with the purchase and the seller.

  I’m very satisfied with my iPhone 13 purchase. Shipping was much faster than expected, and the packaging was very well protected. The phone itself is high quality, arrived in perfect condition, and has an immaculate cosmetic appearance — just like new. The seller even included a fast charger, which wasn’t mentioned in the description — a very nice surprise. It’s clear the seller made a great effort to provide an excellent overall experience.   I received my phone, but it had some screen issues. I reached out to the company, and I was really impressed with how quickly they communicated with me. Despite some unexpected technical problems, they provided a full refund as soon as I returned the phone, and it didn’t cost me anything! I definitely recommend this company for any business needs!

  Item arrived in excellent condition however it was not in OEM packaging. So I can only rate the details with 4 stars vs 5. The price was an excellent value. I would recommend this seller.
