    My wife knew that she wanted the item from the moment she saw it and she was delighted with it when it arrived. The photos were very accurate and gave a really good depiction of the actually item. I live in the UK and had to ask a question because I didn't understand USPS. The seller responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. The seller was great. The item was exactly as described. The packaging was secure and efficient. It traveled internationally with no issues.     This is my first neutral feedback in my life in eBay. Positives: 1)The item is genuine , the color is not what I expected.. 2) I received the item on time. 3) He listened to my point on the item and agreed me to return the item even though it was not returnable. Negatives: (1) Not responsive. He didn't respond to my msg but responded to me in the canceling request. (2) He stopped responding while communicating in canceling request then I had to call eBay to step in.
